PLEASE NOTE:

 

We currently have a 2 – 5 year waiting list for our service dogs.  We encourage applicants to research alternative training programs in addition to Custom Canines.  Home interviews will be done as dogs become available for potential placements.

Custom Canines requires a $50 application donation to help defray expenses incurred by volunteers who conduct home interviews with potential clients.  This donation is tax-deductible and should be included in the application packet.  Please make checks payable to CCSDA.
